We are a mid sized agency that does not compete directly with either OSI or NCO. This gives them a huge marketshare in the industry and can see this as a potential threat.

We anticipate this as an opportunity for us to compete with the big agencies

NCO is the 300 pound gorilla, but it does gice a lot of opportunity for the mid size agency
