I have a question for all of you. Have your net profits on your bankrtupcy accounts increased or decreased with the new law? Do you spend more time in litigation? Did the law really direct more people to Chapter 13 thanchapter 7. What do you think about the cases where the customers are keeping toys (boats ect) while in Cahpter 13?

Our Bk's dropped over 2006. Once we established our new procedures,(about 6 months to establish) The process has been smooth. We have seen a small increase in 13's but nothing significant.

We agree, 2006 was great for us. Our collections revenue jumped over 20% from teh previous year. Hopefully we can maintain that growth!
